The Role  

Based at our southern home for plumbing, gas, refrigeration, air-conditioning and electrotechnology training, this is an exciting opportunity for any trade qualified Electrician to consider.

Working from our ​ State-of-the-Art Water and Energy Trades Centre of Excellence at our Clarence campus​, the Teacher/Associate Teacher - Refrigeration will play a key role in shaping the future of Tasmania’s next generation of electrical tradespeople.

On any given day, your duties will include: 

• Teaching and inspiring the next generation of tradespeople
• Supporting students on campus and in their workplace
• Managing and co-ordinating teaching & assessment materials & resources
• Providing advice and information to students, parents and employers
• Enjoying eleven weeks of leave per year! 

What will you bring 

• An Electrical licence, with relevant qualifications and skills in Refrigeration
• May be a dual trade refrigeration/electrical.
• A current Working with Vulnerable People registration, or the ability to obtain prior to commencement.
