An existing TasTAFE employee employed under a copied state instrument, or an employee who has been employed at TasTAFE in the past three months, if successful, would be appointed at the relevant classification and salary in the copied state instrument.

A casual loading applies to all casual employment arrangements.

The Role

The role will provide assistance to the Aboriginal Support Officer(s) to support the delivery of the From Gumnuts to Buttons workshop and/or other Aboriginal cultural awareness program provisions.

General direction and supervision is provided by the Aboriginal Support Officer, however the occupant will be required to exercise some discretion for the completion of designated tasks.

Requirements

  • Current Registration to Work with Vulnerable People
  • This role is required to be filled by Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people.
