The Role

As a Teacher of ICT, you’ll work from our Campbell Street Campus in Hobart, equipping students with the hands-on IT skills they need to design, build, and maintain modern IT infrastructure. You’ll guide learners through Routing, Switching, Virtualisation, Cloud, Cyber and Sysadmin.

• Configure and optimise engaging lesson plans that meet compliance standards.

• Upgrade outdated resources, keeping content current with the latest industry-standard tools
• Stay ahead of emerging ICT technologies to keep your skills fully up to date.
• Mentor learners as they build and troubleshoot networks, servers and workstations.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

What you bring:
• A strong passion for teaching and assessing, backed by solid expertise in networking, system administration and cyber fundamentals.
• You’re always up to date on the latest networking and infrastructure technologies
• A problem-solver who keeps operations humming without a single configuration glitch
