The Role

We have two roles to fill and are seeking applications for our Alanvale Campus.

Alanvale: 6:30 am – 10:30 am

Working at our Alanvale campus, the Facility Assistant will perform various tasks which may involve cleaning, grounds keeping, and maintenance of campus facilities to a hygienic, safe and presentable level.

On any given day, your duties will include:

• Cleaning of all facilities in multiple areas on campus.
• Refill dispensers with paper, soap and towels, and empty bins and wastebaskets
• Cleaning and tidying of outside areas
• Undertake routine ordering and distribution of supplies
• Activate and deactivate building security for access as required.

What will you bring

• Basic knowledge and awareness of the safe handling of chemicals, and general safe industrial practice.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning and/or grounds keeping. 
• Ability to adapt and use initiative.
• Self-motivated and able to contribute to the work of a team in a campus environment.
• Willingness to learn and the ability to operate a variety of cleaning equipment.

A current Working with Vulnerable People registration, or the ability to obtain prior to commencement.
