The Role
The Project Lead is responsible for coordinating, planning and delivering vocational education and training projects that support TasTAFE's strategic priorities and national training initiatives.
Working closely with the National TAFE Network (NTN) Hub and key internal and external stakeholders, the role leads the implementation of projects aligned with the National TAFE Network Implementation Plan for Tasmania. The Project Lead will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and achieve outcomes that meet the requirements of regulators, government agencies and industry partners.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Industry Engagement, this role plays an important part in driving innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement across TasTAFE while contributing to the organisation's long-term strategic objectives.
This is a fixed-term opportunity for two years, working 0.6 FTE (44.1 hours per fortnight), with a flexible statewide location.

• Experience delivering projects within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.
• Relevant qualifications or professional experience in project management.
A current Working with Vulnerable People registration, or the ability to obtain prior to commencement.
