The Role
This is an exciting new role, which will work closely with the Senior Manager, Commercial and International Programs to develop an annual International Recruitment and Engagement Strategy.
Based at our Hobart Campus, the International Marketing and Recruitment Lead will be responsible for managing a diverse and high-quality Education Agent portfolio, while implementing on the dynamic and engaging international marketing campaign that attracts and recruit international students to TasTAFE and Tasmania.
In addition to coordinating recruitment and promotion events including workshops, seminars and exhibitions, this lead role will also assist with international business development initiatives and report on international education and marketing trends.
About You
Ideally, our preferred candidate is a results-oriented marketing professional with a strong emphasis on audience understanding, relationship building and campaign implementation.
You will have Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the vocational education and training (VET) international sector, especially driving international marketing strategies and managing education agents’ relationships.
To be successful in this role, you will require highly developed communication skills, including the ability to communicate cross culturally with both internal and external stakeholders. Whilst not an essential requirement, candidates who can speak fluently in a language other than English, will be highly regarded.
Ultimately, in addition to the above, we are seeking an energetic and driven individual who can think outside the box and wants to join an impactful team who are dedicated to putting TasTAFE on the international map of preferred training organisations in Australia.
