The Role

These casual opportunities are based at our North and North-West campuses. 

If you understand the needs of students with a disability and how to support and empower them in a vocational education environment across varying modes of delivery, then we encourage you to apply.

On any given day, your duties will include:

• Develop effective working practices with students with disability
• Provide library assistance, physical assistance and any other tasks required
• Give regular reports to the Disability Liaison Officer
• Work with students with disability, and staff, in a sensitive and confidential manner

What will you bring

• Demonstrated ability in numeracy and literacy skills for interpreting and summarising course content
• Good organisational and planning skills
• Ability to work as an individual and in a team, and able to take direction
• Confidence using MS Office suite, assistive apps, and an ability to learn new technologies

A current Working with Vulnerable People registration, or the ability to obtain prior to commencement.
