  • Create clear and engaging content including emails, newsletters, presentations and project updates.
  • Translate complex system and process information into accessible and audience-focused messaging.
  • Engage with stakeholders to capture feedback, manage concerns and support effective communication.
  • Manage internal communication channels and optimise them to increase engagement and reach.
  • Work closely with change and capability teams to reinforce readiness and training activities.

What you bring:

  • Minimum three years’ experience in marketing, communications or internal communications roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Experience delivering communication strategies within large change or transformation projects.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience using digital communication platforms such as intranets, collaboration tools and email systems.

Desirable:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Experience in vocational education and training environments
