  1. Highly developed written communication skills, including the ability to create content for a variety of formats and audiences, including internal staff communications, traditional media, social media and the web, as well as strong proofreading/sub-editing skills.

  1. High level verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders at all levels.

  1. Effective organisational and self-management skills with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and plan, organise and prioritise workloads, manage a variety of tasks at the same time and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.

  1. Well-developed research and problem-solving skills, including the ability to recall, interpret and analyse information and find an effective solution or recommend an appropriate course of action.

  1. Proven ability to work effectively as a member of a small team and handle sensitive situations and information with confidentiality, diplomacy and tact.
