The Role

Based at our Alanvale campus in Launceston, you will be the driving force behind training the next generation of heavy vehicle and mobile plant mechanics to provide the best industry training on offer.  

On any given day, you will:

• Drive, design and deliver training that ignites passion in future automotive champions 

• Shift into excellence, keeping training aligned to learner and industry needs 

• Fuel student success, inspire and support them from campus to career 

• Utilise your admin and digital skills to keep records accurate and updated 

What you bring:

• Certificate III in Automotive (Heavy Vehicle and/or Mobile Plant) and current industry experience is essential 

• Experience as a mentor or trainer is desirable 

• Ability to turn complex concepts into practical, hands-on lessons. 

• Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, colleagues and industry stakeholders.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity, 72.2 hours per fortnight.

We are currently looking to fill multiple positions.

A current Working with Vulnerable People registration, or the ability to obtain prior to commencement.
