The Role
Working from our Alanvale Campus and under the guidance of the Executive Director of Governance and Corporate Affairs, the Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in managing and liaising with members of the Executive Director team. This part-time (0.8) position is multifaceted, challenging, and rewarding, emphasising top-tier service delivery and exceptional abilities.
On any given day, your duties will include:
Mastery of scheduling, organising diaries, events, and arranging travel with efficiency to ensure the Executive Directors schedules run smoothly
Meticulous secretariat support crafting agendas, recording minutes, and ensuring action items get ticked off promptly.
Serving as a gatekeeper for information flow, adeptly drafting high-level correspondence, and ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
Handling financial tasks with finesse, including credit card reconciliation and invoice coding.
Maintaining order in digital systems, databases, and filing systems, and compiling appropriate information for the Executive Directors' review.

You’re seasoned in delivering top-tier executive support, anticipating needs, and providing seamless assistance.
Proficiency in navigating technology landscapes, mastering spreadsheets, databases, and financial systems.
Skilled in crafting polished executive documents and delivering outstanding client service experiences.
Capable of fostering collaboration across all organisational levels while managing sensitive matters with utmost discretion.
Expert multitasking with a talent for prioritisation, ensuring deadlines are met with precision and flair.
This is a part-time role (4 days per week) to be based at our Alanvale (Launceston) campus.
