The Role

Permanent, working up to 76 hours per fortnight

The role of the Organisational Development Officer is to assist with the development, delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of a range of Organisational Development and Culture initiatives.

An existing TasTAFE employee employed under a copied state instrument, or an employee who has been employed at TasTAFE in the past three months, if successful, would be appointed at the relevant classification and salary in the copied state instrument.

About  You

Capabilities required to undertake the role successfully include:

  • Experience of supporting a range of organisational development programs including employee induction, employee surveys, employee recognition programs, performance management processes, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

  • Knowledge and ability to research, analyse, evaluate, and provide options/recommendations for the implementation of contemporary, best practice organisational development and employee engagement methodologies, practices, and technologies.

  • Knowledge and experience of diversity and inclusion initiatives and practices.
