The Information and Reporting Manager will work with the TasTAFE Digital Services team to provide high-level leadership and direction for information management & reporting operations, including:
This is a leadership role and established decision-making and operational frameworks may require considerable interpretation and initiative to provide effective program and service delivery outcomes.
The occupant operates with a high degree of autonomy in the achievement of specified goals, with broad direction received from the supervisor.
Hours per fortnight 76 hours.
An existing TasTAFE employee employed under a copied state instrument, or an employee who has been employed at TasTAFE in the past three months, if successful, would be appointed at the relevant classification and salary in the copied state instrument.
The location of this role is to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
This is a state-wide role with intrastate travel required.
You will have an appreciation of the value of information to an organisation like TasTAFE and understand the importance of robust information governance. Your experience in managing a small team to make best use of data in a large organisation will help TasTAFE mature in this area.
